As far as the product without a doubt it's very beautifully made. I do think that it's not exactly what it's advertised it the pics as far as the links between the name plate and the chain goes, it can me with 1 O rings as pose of 2 like the pics and videos are advertising. My came broken when I received it. Packaging could be better in order for the product not to move while being shipped. Customer response to fixing and repairing the issue was immediate, same day, 30 min wait time for repair since I live in the city.
