Shipping & Returns

Torres Omar Jewelers uses UPS for all shipments (excludes PO Boxes). Default shipping is UPS 2DAY Shipping. This is a 2DAY Express shipment (excludes weekends).

Order fulfillment time is 2-3 business days. This applies to pickup orders as well.
5-7 Business days for Name Plates or Special Orders.

Please allow up to 4-5 business days upon order for your UPS package to arrive. Fulfillment time varies on item availability and can take up to two weeks.

All UPS deliveries require a direct signature. Packages will need to delivery to the confirm shipping address or Paypal address.

Returns & Exchanges

Please reach out to: info@torresomarjewelers.com. All sales are final. At this time we do not accept exchanges for any online orders unless approved by management. There are no returns or cash refunds. There are no returns, or cash refunds for any personalized items such as a nameplate, initial ring etc. There are no returns, or cash refunds for any items that were resized (Ex. Product is listed as a size 7 ring and you order it to be a size 8. We cannot accept that for an exchange if it was sized up to a size 8) ALL BLACK FRIDAY ITEMS ON SALE ARE FINAL SALE. There are NO CANCELLATIONS on any orders placed on our website. There are no returns, or cash refunds on any items bought online.

We understand that it is difficult to buy jewelry online and want to do our best to help you find the perfect piece of jewelry. We will work until you are 100% satisfied.

Generally exchanges approved by management take 7-10 business days after your package has arrived to our parcel to be sent back out. Exchanges must include your order number, shipping address and exchange instructions. Once an exchange is approved you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item back.
